Are you an ISO-accredited factory?

Our factory is accredited under ISO 9001:2015. We are a manufacturer and an exporter of wooden kitchenware based in Thailand.

Why do you use solely acacia wood and rubberwood?

BILLI items are made from acacia wood and rubberwood, both of which are certified to originate here in Thailand. Our acacia wood and rubberwood are proven to be sustainable and eco-friendly raw materials.

Moreover, we strongly believe that we are capable of adding value to locally sourced raw materials and for this reason, we seldom handle imported wood.

What are BILLI minimum order conditions?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500-600 pieces per SKU, negotiable upon item assortment to fill 20' FCL.

Our minimum order value (MOV) is USD18,000 per shipment.

What are the incoterms?

We negotiate through FOB Bangkok, Thailand and C&F Bangkok, Thailand.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept either TT 30% deposit, 70% balance against BL copy or LC at sight.

What is your factory’s average lead time?

The average lead time is 60-90 days, subjected to deposit receipt or LC receipt.

What if I have my own brand and I don’t want BILLI branded items? Can you manufacture customized branded items?

Absolutely. You only need to share your brand logo and design ideas. We execute the rest.

As a domestic customer, where can I buy BILLI products in Thailand?

For customers residing in Thailand, we offer our products online on SHOPEE and TIK TOK platforms. Orders placed via SHOPEE and TIK TOK usually take 1-3 business days shipping and we are not responsible for shipping delays.
